Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the “Terms”) define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods between the buyer (hereinafter – the “Buyer”) and Hust Design UAB, the seller of goods (hereinafter – the “Seller”).
1.2. The Terms apply when the Buyer, in any manner or form, orders and/or purchases goods, provides personal or other data, makes payments for ordered goods, accepts goods, and/or performs any other actions related to the acquisition and use of goods.
1.3. Any legally capable natural or legal person submitting an order and/or purchasing goods from the Seller may be a Buyer.
1.4. By ordering and/or purchasing goods, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and undertakes to comply with them.
2. Order Placement and Payment Procedure
2.1. Goods may be ordered or purchased by contacting the Seller using the contact details provided on the website or by visiting a showroom. An agreement is deemed concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation to the Buyer by email.
2.2. A 50% advance payment of the total order value is required to process the order. If the advance payment is not made within 48 hours, the order shall be considered invalid.
2.3. When purchasing goods from showroom exhibitions (Vilnius or Šiauliai), the full price must be paid immediately.
2.4. Payment methods:
- Vilnius showroom: cash or bank transfer;
- Šiauliai showroom: bank transfer only.
Important: the payment reference must include the order number and Buyer’s details if the payer is a third party.
2.5. Goods are delivered or released for collection only after full payment has been received.
2.6. In the event of order cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
2.7. Reissuing the invoice to another person is possible only with the Seller’s consent and upon payment of a EUR 50 administrative fee.
3. Goods Delivery Procedure
3.1. Free transportation, carrying-in, and/or assembly services are provided (unless the Buyer refuses these services at least 5 days before delivery).
3.2. Delivery may be delayed by up to 5 business days due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.3. Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must:
- visually inspect the condition of the goods;
- verify that all accessories are included;
- note any discrepancies in the acceptance document and immediately inform the Seller.
3.4. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods fit into the delivery location (doors, staircases, niches, etc.).
3.5. If transportation services are refused, the Buyer must collect the goods at their own expense within the specified timeframe.
3.6. Free storage in the warehouse – 2 calendar days. From the third day, a storage fee of EUR 10 per day applies.
4. Warranty and Maintenance
4.1. All goods are covered by a 24-month warranty.
4.2. Manufacturing defects must be reported to the Seller within 7 business days of detection.

5. Personal Data Processing
5.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data solely for order fulfillment, payment processing, and information purposes.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. These Terms are binding on both the Seller and the Buyer.
6.2. The Buyer is prohibited from transferring contractual rights to third parties without the Seller’s consent.
6.3. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms. The latest version is always published at www.hustdesign.com.
